By purchasing the Google Business Profile Setup and Optimization service from Gavel Studio (operated by Ace Media Labs LLC), you agree to the following terms.

What the service is

This is a one-time service to set up and optimize your Google Business Profile. It includes claiming or creating your profile, configuring and optimizing your business information, placing photos you provide, writing two starter posts for your approval, and setting up a review collection link. It is a setup and optimization service, not an ongoing SEO, advertising, or marketing campaign.

What we need from you

Completing this service requires your participation. You agree to provide accurate business information, any photos you'd like used, and access to a Google account that you own and control. You also agree to complete Google's verification step, which only the business owner can do, with our guidance. If we don't receive the access, information, or verification we need, we cannot complete the work, and the timeline will be affected.

Ownership

Your Google Business Profile and Google account belong to you. We act as a manager to set up and optimize the profile. You retain full ownership and control at all times.

No guarantee of results

We set up and optimize your profile to professional standards, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific ranking, position in search results, number of reviews, amount of traffic, or business outcome. How your profile performs depends on Google, your competition, your reviews, and other factors outside our control.

Refunds

Because this is a service that begins promptly after purchase, refunds are available only before we have started work on your profile. Once setup has begun, the fee is non-refundable. If you have any concern about your order, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
